Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination: Efficiently manage domestic and international business travel itineraries.
- Office Operations: Oversee all administrative tasks, including stationery procurement, photocopying, and scanning.
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the manager, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.
- Reception Management: Professionally handle all incoming communications (phone, email, fax, post) and warmly welcome visitors.
- Office Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Prioritization & Escalation: Accurately prioritize tasks, determine response urgency, and escalate issues as needed.
- Confidentiality & Filing: Safeguard sensitive documents and maintain organized filing systems.
- Facility Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office and building, including overseeing maintenance personnel.
- HR Support: Assist with ad-hoc HR requests and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant office administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, trustworthiness, and punctuality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
