Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Travel Coordination: Efficiently manage domestic and international business travel itineraries.
  • Office Operations: Oversee all administrative tasks, including stationery procurement, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the manager, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Reception Management: Professionally handle all incoming communications (phone, email, fax, post) and warmly welcome visitors.
  • Office Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Prioritization & Escalation: Accurately prioritize tasks, determine response urgency, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Confidentiality & Filing: Safeguard sensitive documents and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office and building, including overseeing maintenance personnel.
  • HR Support: Assist with ad-hoc HR requests and tasks.
     

Qualifications:
 

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant office administration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, trustworthiness, and punctuality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and energetic personality.
