We are a growing and dynamic company in the Forex industry seeking a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. This is a key front-office role, ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and client appointments
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and day-to-day administrative functions
  • Provide administrative support to the team using Microsoft Office tools

 

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Greek (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and client-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role (1–2 years preferred)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage

 

Desirable but not Essential

  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Experience in a financial services or Forex environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

 

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: €1,500 – €2,000 gross per month (based on experience)
