Our client, a boutique algorithmic trading firm with a global footprint, operating successfully for several years across multiple markets are looking for a Trading System Operator to join their team based in Limassol. The role is designed for analytically minded individual who want to build a career in systematic trading and financial markets.
 

What you’ll do

• Monitor and oversee automated trading systems in real time.
• Ensure smooth daily operation and respond to system or market events
• Analyze trading activity and system performance.
• Stay informed on key developments in financial markets and relevant assets.

What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and trading.
• Fluency in English.
• Degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
• Basic Excel skills

Nice to have (but not required)

• Exposure to trading, finance, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with financial news and market structure.

Working setup

• No prior trading experience required — full training will be provided.
• Rotational shifts (morning & evening) - Shift schedule includes morning (9:00 to 18:00) and evening (15:30 to 23:30) shifts.
• Ability to work on Cyprus public holidays.
