As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be part of our backend team, ensuring the stability and quality of core services used by millions of users globally.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze requirements, ensuring they are testable and complete
• Collaborate closely with developers and analysts to ensure backend services meet quality standards
• Plan, design, and execute manual tests for APIs, integrations, and backend components
• Run SQL queries to validate backend data and support end-to-end testing
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and support regression testing
• Continuously improve test coverage, identify gaps, and contribute to QA strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend-focused QA experience (manual testing focus)
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices
• Experience with automated testing (e.g., using Jest or similar frameworks)
• Experience with manual API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia)
• Familiarity with log analysis tools (e.g., Graylog, Kibana)
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience with test data management, mocking tools, and Agile/Scrum workflows
• Critical thinking and attention to detail to identify edge cases and foresee risks
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills 
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level) 

Nice to Have

• Scripting knowledge in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins)
