On behalf of our client, an established international trading group, we are seeking to recruit a Senior BI & Performance Manager to lead and further develop the company’s data analytics and performance monitoring function.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will take ownership of the Company’s business intelligence framework, driving the development of KPI dashboards and advanced analytics across trading, CRM, finance, and marketing functions. The role focuses on delivering high-impact insights to support strategic decision-making, optimize performance, and enhance profitability across international operations, including the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of KPI frameworks across dealing, sales, and finance functions
• Develop and maintain advanced BI dashboards using Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
• Analyze trading performance, spreads, client behavior, and key profitability metrics (LTV, CAC, etc.)
• Provide senior management with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Identify inefficiencies, anomalies, toxic flow, and performance gaps impacting revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting, and decision-making processes

Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Performance Analytics, or Data Strategy within a forex, brokerage, or fintech environment
• Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
• Deep understanding of trading data, client metrics, and performance drivers
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business insights
• Experience working with international datasets, including MENA markets, will be considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Based in Cyprus or open to relocation

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a trading or financial services environment
