FxCareer is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to work full-time from our Sivakasi office, supporting multiple in-house digital projects.

This role is execution-driven and performance-oriented, requiring strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate takes ownership of campaigns end-to-end, actively optimizes performance, and delivers measurable growth across lead-generation and e-commerce funnels.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, remarketing).
• Manage and scale Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on lead quality, ROAS, and conversion performance.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution, including on-page optimization, technical SEO basics, content alignment, and keyword growth.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions) and proactively optimize campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Take full ownership of marketing performance — this is not a coordination-only role.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing.
• Strong, proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and SEO.
• Experience working across multiple projects or brands simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and performance measurement.
• Ability to work full-time from the Sivakasi office.
• Highly independent, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable managing budgets, optimization decisions, and performance accountability.
