On behalf of our client, Framework Mortgaging, a UK-based mortgage and insurance advisory firm with operations in the UK and UAE, we are currently seeking an Operations Analyst. We are looking for a proactive team player eager to grow in the mortgage and insurance field. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to operational processes and contributing to continuous improvements. In this role, you will manage mortgage and insurance cases from application through to completion, ensuring high-quality client service, efficient case administration, and proactive issue resolution.  This position is based in Limassol and operates on a hybrid model, allowing flexibility between office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Manage UK and UAE mortgage and insurance cases from application through to completion.
• Liaison: Work closely with advisers, lenders, insurers, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth case progression.
• Client Service: Provide high-quality client service with a focus on proactive issue resolution.
• Case Administration: Ensure accurate case administration in line with operational processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify errors, risks, and opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in mortgage operations or financial services administration.
• Knowledge of the UK and/or UAE mortgage markets.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Client-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow defined processes while contributing to process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years in mortgage operations or financial services.

Salary Range:

• €20,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on experience.
