"CruisePay Finance" is a Canadian payment processing company providing secure and efficient solutions for businesses to send and receive money globally. The company offers payment solutions including Corporate Virtual IBANs, Real-Time International Transfers, Multi-Currency Support, Open Banking Integrations, and Secure E-Card & E-Payment Services.

"CruisePay Finance" is looking for a Laravel Developer to support the general development of its CRM platform and related internal modules. The role is suitable for candidates with strong Laravel development knowledge or prior hands-on Laravel project experience.

The selected candidate will work closely with the development team to build, improve, and maintain CRM features, back-end modules, database-driven functionality, reporting-related components, integrations, and other development tasks required across the CRM system.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sivakasi, India.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve Laravel-based CRM features and backend modules.
• Support development across different areas and modules of the CRM platform as required.
• Work with MySQL databases to create, optimize, and manage queries, tables, relationships, and CRM data structures.
• Build and improve database-driven features, dashboards, reporting components, forms, workflows, and internal tools.
• Support API integrations and data flow between internal CRM modules and external services.
• Debug, test, and resolve back-end issues in existing Laravel projects and CRM modules.
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Create clean, structured, and reusable code following Laravel best practices.
• Support ongoing improvements to system performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Maintain proper documentation for assigned development tasks where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Good knowledge of Laravel development.
• Prior Laravel project experience is preferred.
• Strong PHP development knowledge.
• Strong MySQL/database knowledge.
• Ability to write and optimize database queries.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and back-end development principles.
• Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
•  Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good understanding of Git or version control tools.
• Ability to work with task management tools and follow assigned priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing CRM modules, dashboards, reports, data export features, or internal business tools.
• Experience with PDF, Excel, or CSV generation is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of automation workflows, scheduled tasks, or internal process automation.
• Experience working on fintech, payment, CRM, or financial systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of queues, scheduled jobs, cron jobs, or background tasks in Laravel.

Expected Laravel Experience

The requirement is flexible. Candidates with good Laravel development knowledge or previous Laravel project experience will be considered. Strong MySQL/database knowledge is essential. Experience with CRM development, database-driven modules, or internal business systems will be an advantage.
