Our client, a leading and global award-winning online FX & CFD global broker, is currently looking to hire a Junior Dealer to join their team based in Limassol.

This entry-level role is designed for individuals beginning their careers in the Financial Sector. As a Junior Dealer, you will gain hands-on experience in CFD brokerage, day-to-day trading operations and real market dynamics. This position is ideal for recent graduates with an interest in financial markets, trading and risk management. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of CFD trades across multiple asset classes and trading platforms.
• Monitor our market risk exposure and execute trades in line with the risk management policy.
• Support client-facing teams by resolving trading related inquiries.
• Action daily product maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams and liquidity providers to ensure high-quality service and competitive trading conditions across our platforms.
• Prepare reports for senior management and maintain internal documentation.
• Participate in the development, testing and integration of company projects.
• Streamline and automate workflows by proposing clear solutions and supporting both new and ongoing initiatives.
• Stay informed about advancements in trading technology and competitors’ offerings.

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Interest in financial markets, derivatives, and market microstructure.
• Technologically adept, with enthusiasm for working with advanced trading infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work rotating morning and evening shifts (Day shift: 9am-6pm and Evening shift: 3pm to Midnight (US Close). 

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Previous internships, academic or personal projects related to market microstructure and quantitative trading strategies. 
• Solid programming foundation (Python, C++, SQL, Command) applied in financial and data-driven environments.
• Academic background in derivatives and financial risk management.
• Familiarity with regulatory landscape impacting CFD trading.
