Job Overview

Our client is a well established broker with international presence and recently applying for a Cyprus broker license is  seeking to hire a Business Development Officer fluent in Chinese and having a very good command  of the English language in order to drive business growth for our client.As a Business Development officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Financial market. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, to drive revenue growthin specific markets by  implementation of the company’s market penetration and expansion strategy.

In this role you will be responsible for generating leads, expand the client base, and contribute to the overall revenue targets of the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target markets, assess market potential, and devise effective strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • To promote company’s productsto gain more business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including forex brokers, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals.
  • Enlarge our clients’ networking.
  • Ensure knowledge of day‐to‐day market development and accurately assess the opportunities provided.

  • Ensure compliance with regulators while contributing to business growth.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities within the foreign exchange industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with introducers, brokers, and other strategic partners in target markets to generate qualified leads and referrals
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to potential clients and introducers
  • Provide feedback and report to the director of operationson business development activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Forex industry or financial services sector
  • Fluent in Chinese and good knowledge of the English language , both written and oral
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales target.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Very good computer literacy.
  • Self-starter with a strong sales acumen
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, innovative, and target-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams& independently, set priorities, and meet business development targets
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Willingness to work remotely and sometimes to  travel as required to attend meetings, conferences, and industry events
