Job Overview

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating partnerships in new and established markets, as well as assisting with the onboarding of Partners. Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in Business Development within the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors, with sound knowledge of the Financial Markets. High fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, any additional language skills will be considered a plus. Extensive international travel is required for this role, with a demand of up to 6+ months per year.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Create partnerships in new or established markets.
  • Assist with the onboarding of Partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Use a professional network to generate new business.
  • Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop, and manage key client relationships among others.
  • Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the company’s strategy.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and status reports.
  • Coordinate relevant departments with marketing programs.
  • Keep up-to-date with the financial markets daily.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Previous experience in Business Development within the Forex and/or Financial Services sector.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Markets.
  • High fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Any additional language skills will be considered a plus.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent ability to multitask.
  • Available and willing to travel internationally for up to 6+ months per year.
