On behalf of our client, an established international trading group, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Finance & Banking Manager to join their growing team.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will oversee the Company’s treasury, banking, and PSP (Payment Service Provider) relationships, supporting its international operations, including MENA markets. The role involves ensuring accurate reconciliations, effective cash flow management, and efficient funding processes, while maintaining strong relationships with banking partners, EMIs (Electronic Money Institutions), and liquidity providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily bank and PSP reconciliations
• Manage relationships with banks, EMIs, and PSPs
• Oversee funding to liquidity providers (LPs), margin calls, and settlements
• Manage multi-currency cash flow, liquidity, and funding planning
• Coordinate with Compliance, Accounting, and external auditors
• Optimize transfer fees and enhance treasury efficiency

Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in finance, treasury, or banking within a forex, brokerage, or financial services environment
• Strong hands-on experience working with EMIs, PSPs, and international banking partners
• Solid understanding of multi-currency flows, reconciliations, and treasury operations
• Experience supporting international operations, including MENA markets, will be considered an advantage
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Based in Cyprus or open to relocation
• Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the forex or fintech industry

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: €4,500 – €6,000 gross (depending on experience and qualifications)
