On behalf of our client, an international Forex Broker with expanding operations in Cyprus (Nicosia), we are seeking to recruit a Head of Dealing (Chief Dealer) to join their growing team.


Position Overview:

The successful candidate will lead the company’s trading operations and risk management function. This role involves overseeing A/B book strategies, liquidity provider (LP) integrations, exposure control, and ensuring the efficiency of the dealing desk across MT5, cTrader, and Centroid systems. The Head of Dealing will play a key role in maintaining best execution practices and ensuring transparency in line with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily trading operations and supervise the dealing team.
• Manage LP connections, order routing, and execution optimization.
• Monitor exposure, slippage, and latency, and implement appropriate controls.
• Configure trading instruments, spreads, swaps, and markups.
• Produce monthly reports on risk, performance, and trading activity.

• Solid experience in a similar role within a multi-asset brokerage environment.
• In-depth knowledge of MT5, cTrader, and Centroid systems.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Based in Cyprus or open to relocation.

• Gross Salary: ​​​​​​​€4,000 – €6,500 (depending on experience)
• Additional Benefits: 13th salary and annual performance bonus
