FxCareer.eu is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Linux, web security, and secure CI/CD automation. The role focuses on securing pipelines, improving application and infrastructure security, and enabling developers to ship safer code.


What You’ll Do:

CI/CD Pipeline Security

• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines in GitHub or Bitbucket, including:
  • SAST (code scanning)
  • SCA (dependency scanning)
  • Security policies implementation
  • Secrets detection

AWS Security Automation

• Automate security controls across AWS (IAM hardening, VPC, runtime checks).
• Perform web application security analysis (OWASP Top 10, API vulnerabilities, etc).
• Harden and secure MySQL environments (hardening, encryption, logging, monitoring).
• Harden and maintain Linux servers used for application and database workloads.

Automation & Compliance

• Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, IaC) for security baselines, compliance checks, and continuous validation.
• Integrate security telemetry with SIEM/detection systems to improve visibility and response.

What You Bring:

• Strong experience with secure CI/CD pipelines in GitHub/Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with AWS security automation (IAM, VPC, runtime checks).
• Linux server hardening and secure environment management.
• Web application security analysis (OWASP Top 10, API vulnerabilities).
• Experience with MySQL hardening, encryption, and security monitoring.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, IaC).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PHP, particularly for code security review, framework-level risk understanding, and application-level protections.

• Alert monitoring and explaining issues to incident team (optional)
