Compliance Manager — CySEC & Offshore

On behalf of our client, a financial services group operating within the Forex/CFD industry, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager with a strong background in CySEC-regulated investment firms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the compliance function, ensuring adherence to CySEC, MiFID II, AML/CFT and other applicable regulations, liaising with regulators and external advisors, maintaining compliance policies and procedures, and preparing compliance reports.

The role will also involve providing compliance support and guidance to the group’s offshore entities, including regulatory coordination, AML/KYC oversight, and licensing support.

This position is suitable for a compliance professional with strong experience within a CySEC-regulated CIF and direct exposure to the Forex/CFD industry, who can support both local regulatory obligations and wider group compliance requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s compliance function.
• Ensure compliance with CySEC, MiFID II, AML/CFT and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare compliance reports and support regulatory filings.
• Provide compliance guidance to offshore group entities.
• Support AML/KYC oversight, regulatory coordination and licensing matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within a CySEC-regulated CIF.
• Strong knowledge of CySEC, MiFID II and AML regulations.
• Forex/CFD industry experience is mandatory.
• Offshore compliance experience will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work independently.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly gross salary of €3,000 – €4,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
