We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on automated trading monitoring solutions. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between Dealing, Analytics, and Technology teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently.
 

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and risk requirements for dealing and risk automation initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Manage project delivery timelines, scope, dependencies, and risks
• Coordinate across Dealing, Technology, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Prioritize backlog items and support release planning
   

Requirements

• Strong experience in business analysis and/or project management
• Good understanding of trading workflows
• Familiarity with data-driven and automated systems
• Experience with data analysis and automation tools (e.g. Python, SQL)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured requirements
• Organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
