We operate and manage a portfolio of 50+ active websites across multiple industries, including eCommerce and digital services. Our focus is delivering high-performance, secure, and user-friendly web platforms. We are looking for a detail-driven Website QA & Monitoring Specialist to ensure our websites run flawlessly every day.
 

Role Overview

The Website QA & Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for daily testing, monitoring, and quality control of over 50 websites. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical understanding, and consistent follow-up with the development team to ensure all issues are properly resolved.
This is a hands-on operational role requiring high accountability and structured reporting.
 

Key Responsibilities

Daily Website Monitoring

• Conduct daily audits of all websites (desktop & mobile)
• Test functionality including:
  • Page load speed
  • Broken links
  • Forms and registrations
  • Checkout processes & payment gateways
  • User login and account flows
• Check mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Monitor for security issues, plugin errors, and downtime

Issue Documentation & Reporting

• Log bugs and usability issues in a structured tracking system
• Prioritize issues by severity and business impact
• Provide screenshots and clear reproduction steps

Coordination & Follow-Up

• Assign issues to developers
• Follow up consistently until full resolution
• Retest fixes before sign-off
• Maintain organized issue logs

Optimization & Improvements

• Suggest performance and UX improvements
• Contribute to improving internal QA processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Website QA, testing, or monitoring
• Experience working with eCommerce websites preferred
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience testing payment systems (Stripe, PayPal; crypto a plus)
• Familiarity with cross-browser and mobile testing
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple websites simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira, Trello, or other bug-tracking tools
• Understanding of SEO and analytics
• Basic knowledge of server errors and monitoring tools
