Position Overview:

We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our team. We welcome both experienced candidates and motivated beginners who are eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, preparing VAT forms, and handling payroll processes. Training will be provided for candidates who are at the beginning of their career.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers
• Prepare and submit VAT forms
• Process monthly payroll
• Communicate with clients to ensure clarity and accuracy in financial transactions
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance financial processes

Requirements:

For Experienced Candidates:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (2+ years)
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting software

For Beginner/Entry-Level Candidates:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Willingness to learn and develop bookkeeping skills

For All Candidates:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Degree in Accounting will be considered an advantage

Job Type:

Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM)

Salary:

€1,000–€1,450 (depending on experience)
