We are looking for a Reconciliation Officer to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate client money reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of financial data, contributing to our continued growth and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about financial analysis and reconciliation in a global fintech environment.
 

What You’ll Do

• Reconcile client money on a daily basis
• Prepare daily balance reports for all banks and PSPs
• Produce monthly reports related to balances, losses, charges, and chargebacks
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly, liaising internally and externally as required
• Provide management information from the Reconciliation Team
• Organize your own workload and support the team’s workload when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in finance operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Filtering/Sorting, COUNT, SUM, SUMIF, COUNTIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, CRM, Methods Reconciliation software, and MT4 will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and produce accurate results
• Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple parties
• Ability to prioritize and perform efficiently under tight deadlines
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
