On behalf of our client, an international Forex Broker with expanding operations in Cyprus (Nicosia), we are seeking to recruit a Head of BI (Business Intelligence & Performance to lead the company’s data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
 

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining company-wide KPI dashboards and analytical reports. This role involves consolidating data from trading, CRM, finance, and marketing systems to deliver insights that enhance efficiency, profitability, and risk management across the organization.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement KPI frameworks for the dealing, sales, and finance departments.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards using Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Analyze trading volumes, spreads, LTV/CAC ratios, and client profitability metrics.
• Prepare monthly management reports with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Detect anomalies, toxic flow, and latency or performance issues affecting profitability.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Performance Management within a brokerage or fintech environment.
• Strong command of BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with trading systems, CRM, and financial data sources is a strong advantage.
• Based in Cyprus or open to relocation.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Gross Salary: €3,500 – €5,500 (depending on experience)
