CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated modern trading firm transforming how individuals and institutions engage with global financial markets, we are seeking to recruit a DevOps Team Leader to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a DevOps Team Leader, you will lead a small, capable team consisting of DevOps, QA, and Full-Stack Engineers to help ensure platforms are secure, available, and evolving. This is a hands-on development leadership role focused on delivery coordination across in-house work and targeted vendors. You’ll also be required to engage in pragmatic AI/automation to boost reliability, developer productivity, and support efficiency. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess at least 3+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer within an online environment, such a FX, iGaming, Fintech, or similar. You will need to possess deep knowledge of development practices and CI/CD principles, and be comfortable and confident to lead a team.
