About the Role

• We’re looking for an experienced Senior WordPress Developer to take ownership of advanced WordPress projects — from custom theme and plugin development to integrations and performance optimization.
• You’ll be responsible for building fast, clean, and reliable WordPress-based websites with strong attention to detail and high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins
• Convert Figma or XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress layouts
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services (CRM, payment systems, analytics, etc.)
• Optimize performance, Core Web Vitals, and SEO across all WordPress environments
• Implement custom post types, taxonomies, and ACF or Gutenberg blocks
• Debug and resolve complex WordPress or PHP-related issues
• Use Git for version control and ensure code quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to ensure perfect execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional WordPress development experience
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Deep understanding of WordPress core, hooks, and plugin architecture
• Experience with Elementor and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
• Proficiency in MySQL and query optimization
• Experience integrating and customizing APIs
• Strong grasp of performance optimization, security, and SEO best practices
• Ability to work independently and deliver clean, maintainable code.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WooCommerce or membership/subscription functionality
• Familiarity with multi-language setups (WPML, Polylang, etc.)
• Understanding of accessibility and best UX/UI implementation practices.
