FxCareer is seeking a motivated, organized, and confident full-time Junior Sales Associate (FX/CFD) for one of our established, thriving fintech firm in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients interested in trading and help them understand how our platform works.
• Answer client questions through email, chat, Telegram, or Zoom.
• Learn the ins and outs of selling, build trust, and guide clients towards making informed decisions.
• Support marketing and product teams with valuable insights and feedback from users.

• Fluent in English + Spanish or Italian.
• Curiosity about financial markets, crypto, and trading.
• Confident communicator in both speaking and writing, or a desire to improve these skills.
• Ability to ask insightful questions and keep trying when faced with challenges.
• Motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others make decisions.
