This well-established International CySEC regulated Forex Company in Nicosia is looking for an experienced Marketing Expert to lead brand growth for a CySEC and Seychelles-regulated brokerage. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of retail trading audiences (FX/CFDs, multi-asset), strong performance marketing skills, and a solid understanding of compliance requirements in the ESMA/CySEC context.  A hybrid working model is possible (3 days in the office / 2 from home).
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop the marketing plans for the new brand promotion and growth, client acquisition and retention across target markets. 
• Define ICPs and segmentation; create localised go-to-market plans.
• Lead SEO/ASO strategies.
• Own CRO across landing pages and client portal.
• Develop and optimise marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, affiliates, influencers).
• Oversee compliant content writing for web, blogs, emails, webinars, and social; align with brand positioning.
• Build and manage affiliate/IB/influencer programs.
• Build dashboards; track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversion, cost metrics, quality of leads, FTDs etc.) and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure all marketing communications meet CySEC/ESMA rules (risk warnings, fair/balanced presentation, no misleading claims).

Requirements:

• At least 2 years proven experience and a solid understanding of CySEC/ESMA marketing standards and best practices
• Experience in the forex industry
• Fluency in English 
• Based in Cyprus
• EU-citizenship

Working hours:

• The working hours are 9.00 - 18.00. A hybrid model is possible (3 days in the office / 2 from home)
