A CySEC regulated CFD Investment Firm in Limassol is looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant. The Company offers a professional and supportive work environment with opportunities for development.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and updating the Company’s internal policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements;  
  • Remain up to date with new legislation and regulation updates relevant to the Company’s operations;
  • Assess and evaluate the performance of the call monitoring officers, ensuring quality assurance standards are met and regulatory expectations are adhered to;
  • Identify and report any breaches of the Company’s internal procedures and relevant regulations to ensure ongoing compliance at all levels;
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of communication activities (including recorded calls, emails, and chats) between employees and clients to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations;
  • Support the Compliance Department in the daily execution of compliance and AML-related tasks across all relevant business functions tasks;
  • Maintain and update compliance registers (e.g., complaints, conflicts of interest, marketing approvals) in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Reviewing, approving, and monitoring marketing communication and materials for compliance with regulations;
  • Assist with the preparation of required periodic reports to the Regulator (CySEC);
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance across operational areas and contribute to a strong compliance culture within the Company;
  • Undertake additional compliance-related tasks or projects as assigned by the Head of Compliance.
 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Compliance, BA, Finance or any other related field;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Compliance role within the Forex/Financial Services industry;
  • CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must;
  • CySEC AML Certificate is a plus;
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Attention to detail;
