Our client, a Proprietary Trading Firm in Nicosia is looking for a Senior Dealer & Risk Manager to oversee trading operations and risk management across a proprietary trading firm and a Seychelles-licensed forex broker. The role combines hands-on dealing, real-time risk monitoring, and oversight of execution and exposure.
 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day dealing operations across all trading platforms.
• Manage B-book routing, internalisation, and hedging strategies to optimise revenue vs. risk.
• Monitor spreads, mark-ups, swaps and execution speed.
• Approve and manage symbol configuration, leverage settings, margin requirements, and trading conditions.
• Escalate and resolve execution issues, price spikes, gaps, etc.
• Monitor trader performance and behaviour in real-time: identify toxic flow, latency arbitrage, copy-trading abuse, and any suspicious patterns.
• Monitor net open positions, concentration risk, and exposure by symbol, client group.
• Work with Compliance to ensure trading operations meet Seychelles FSA requirements and best practices (order handling, conflicts of interest, best execution, reporting inputs).
• Provide regular risk reports to senior management and the Board.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years in dealing/risk roles at a forex/CFD broker, prop trading firm, or similar trading environment
• Proven experience in A/B-book management, exposure hedging, and LP relationship management
• Experience with prop firm models (funded accounts, challenges, risk rules) is a strong advantage
• Prior work in or with offshore / international jurisdictions (e.g. Seychelles, Mauritius, SVG, etc.) is a plus
• Strong risk mindset with the ability to balance P&L optimisation and loss prevention.

Working hours:

• The working hours working hours will range from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (onsite role)
