We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Specialist to support the daily quality control and monitoring of OurMall.eu. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing website functionality, identifying bugs, checking user and vendor flows, monitoring product listings, and ensuring that issues are properly reported, followed up, and resolved.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, clear reporting, and consistent coordination with the GA Team Lead and development team.

  • Check website pages for broken links, errors, layout issues, missing content, incorrect information, and poor user experience.
  • Review vendor and product pages to ensure listings are displayed correctly and professionally.
  • Test mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs with clear screenshots, steps to reproduce, and priority level.
  • Follow up with the development team until issues are resolved.
  • Retest completed fixes before confirming closure.
  • Monitor website performance, loading speed, downtime, and technical errors.
  • Support basic content checks, including spelling, images, product details, pricing display, and page consistency.
  • Maintain organized QA reports and provide regular updates to the GA Team Lead.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the user, vendor, and customer experience.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in website QA, testing, website monitoring, or eCommerce support.
  • Experience with marketplace or eCommerce websites will be considered an advantage.
  • Good understanding of user flows, forms, registrations, checkout processes, and payment-related testing.
  • Ability to test websites across mobile, desktop, and different browsers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to clearly report issues using screenshots and structured notes.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website errors, and bug-tracking tools will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and follow up consistently.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Personal Attributes

  • Detail-oriented and observant.
  • Responsible and consistent.
  • Practical and solution-focused.
