Our client a leading international multi-asset broker regulated by CySEC with an office in Limassol is looking to expand its team with a Polish FX Sales Agent. As a Sales Agent you will be a results-driven and client-oriented professional who will be responsible for promoting the company’s services and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into clients through outbound calls
• Present, promote, and effectively sell the company’s products and services
• Identify client needs through active listening and provide tailored solutions
• Ensure smooth client onboarding, including account opening and verification
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., documentation, operations) to address client inquiries
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) and English
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in financial markets
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Strong computer literacy and quick learner of new systems
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements is a plus
• Highly motivated and result-oriented
