On behalf of our client, Framework Mortgaging, a UK-based mortgage and insurance advisory firm with operations in the UK and UAE, we are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Team Manager to lead a team of Operations Analysts handling UK and UAE mortgage cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage operations, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will ensure cases are efficiently progressed from application to completion, while maintaining high standards of client service, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. This position is based in Limassol and operates on a hybrid model, allowing flexibility between office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and support a team of Operations Analysts, ensuring high performance and operational efficiency.
• Case Management: Oversee UK and UAE mortgage cases, ensuring smooth progression from application to completion.
• Escalation Point: Act as the escalation point for complex cases and operational issues.
• Operational Excellence: Drive adherence to operational processes, service levels, and company standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Manchester leadership team to align operations with overall business objectives.
• Process Improvements: Identify, implement, and embed process improvements and best practices to enhance team performance.
• Coaching & Development: Provide guidance and coaching to team members, fostering a solutions-focused and proactive work culture.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in mortgage operations with leadership or supervisory exposure.
• Strong understanding of UK and/or UAE mortgage markets and lender processes.
• Excellent organizational, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident decision-maker with a solutions-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Salary Range:

• €30,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience.
