"OurMall.eu" is an upcoming multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace designed to connect buyers and sellers across Cyprus and Europe through a convenient, reliable and efficient online shopping experience.

Our platform is currently under development, with an anticipated launch in early 2027.

As we prepare for launch, we are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Logistics Operator to join our team in Nicosia and take responsibility for designing, developing and managing our logistics, shipping and delivery operations from the ground up.

Role Overview

As Logistics Operator, you will develop and implement OurMall.eu’s logistics strategy and build efficient, scalable shipping and delivery operations ahead of launch. This senior, hands-on role requires proven e-commerce logistics experience and strong operational leadership. You will select logistics partners, negotiate agreements, establish fulfillment and delivery procedures, and define operational KPIs. Working closely with internal teams, vendors and delivery providers, you will ensure smooth coordination and reliable operations that support customer satisfaction, efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement OurMall.eu’s logistics, shipping and delivery operations from scratch ahead of the planned early 2027 launch.
• Manage order fulfillment, inventory coordination, deliveries and returns across the marketplace.
• Select, negotiate with and manage courier companies, third-party logistics providers and delivery partners.
• Control logistics costs, monitor delivery KPIs and provide clear performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with the logistics team, vendors and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Work with the development team to implement and test shipping, order tracking and logistics integrations before launch.

Qualifications – Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics strategy, planning and operations, including managerial responsibilities.
• Proven hands-on logistics experience within an e-commerce platform, online marketplace or online retail business.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience managing logistics partners and negotiating service agreements.
• Ability to establish operational processes, manage budgets and prepare KPI-based management reports.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Cyprus and legally authorized to work in Cyprus.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site at our Nicosia office, Monday to Friday.

Nice to Have

• Good knowledge of Greek.
• Experience setting up logistics operations for a new e-commerce business or multi-vendor marketplace.
• Knowledge of cross-border shipping and delivery networks in Cyprus and Europe.
