  • Employees are encouraged to seek guidance when unsure about legal or regulatory obligations.

6. Reporting & Escalation

  • Any suspected breaches of laws or regulations must be reported immediately to management or via the confidential reporting channel at [email protected].
  • Reports will be investigated promptly, and corrective actions will be taken as necessary.

7. Consequences of Non-Compliance
