We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Live Education Team. 

The Junior Live Education Officer will support the preparation and delivery of livestream sessions, assist in content creation and on-camera activities. The role focuses on building foundational skills in presentation, content development, and livestream operations, while contributing to engaging and informative viewer experiences.
 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Support the preparation and rehearsal of daily livestreams, including basic research on company products/services, financial news, and expert interviews
• Assist in hosting livestreams, gradually building confidence in on-camera presentation and delivery
• Help present and navigate the Group’s website and platforms during live sessions
• Contribute to livestream planning by assisting with topic ideas and scheduling
• Support livestream logistics and help manage last-minute adjustments to ensure smooth delivery
• Assist with livestream execution using tools such as OBS Studio (training will be provided)
• Work closely with the Lead Live Education Officer and team to maintain content quality and consistency
• Assist in developing scripts, talking points, and structured content for livestreams and social media
• Suggest simple ideas to enhance viewer engagement (e.g. interactive elements, basic visuals)
• Support the creation of social media content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) in collaboration with Marketing teams
• Assist in reviewing performance metrics and gathering insights for improvement
• Stay updated on content trends and best practices in livestreaming and digital media
• Provide general support on related tasks and projects as directed by the Line Manager

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Journalism, Marketing or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, communications, broadcasting or similar role
• Excellent oral and written skills in English
• Basic confidence in on-camera presence, with willingness to develop presentation skills
• Creative mindset with ability to contribute ideas
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Energetic and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and proactive team player
• Interest in financial markets and global economic trends
• Basic familiarity with social media and digital content creation
• Strong willingness to learn livestreaming practices
