Rynat Trading Ltd, a Cyprus Investment Firm regulated by CySEC under licence number 303/16, is looking for a Junior FX Dealer to join its team in Limassol.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates at the start of their career who wish to develop within the Forex and online trading sector. CySEC Advanced Certification is mandatory. The position is full-time, includes shift work, and a hybrid working arrangement applies.
 

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing reports for senior management and the Risk and Dealing teams.
• Supporting the smooth operation of company systems and trading platforms.
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing price feeds.
• Reviewing client transactions and trading activity.
• Responding to enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally.
• Following market developments relating to the company's offered products.
• Assisting other departments when required.
• Participating in shift rotations in line with operational requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field preferred.
• CySEC Advanced Certification is mandatory.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Maximum gross annual offer: €26,000.
• Hybrid working arrangement.
