On behalf of our client, a CySEC-regulated investment firm based in Paphos, we are currently looking for a Junior Dealer to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will support the Dealing Department in the daily monitoring of financial markets, trading activity, order execution, pricing, risk exposure and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior professional who wishes to build a career within the investment services and online trading industry.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Monitoring global financial markets, including forex, indices, shares, commodities, ETFs and other CFD instruments.
• Assisting with the monitoring and execution of client orders in accordance with internal procedures.
• Monitoring pricing, spreads, market movements and trading platform activity.
• Reviewing client positions, margin levels, exposure and trading limits.
• Preparing daily, weekly and ad-hoc dealing, trading and risk reports.
• Identifying and escalating unusual trading activity, pricing issues or system-related matters.
• Supporting the Dealing and Risk teams with day-to-day trading operations.
• Liaising with internal departments, including Compliance, Back Office, Risk and Client Support.
• Ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures.
• Assisting with platform monitoring, trade checks and other operational tasks as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business or any other related field.
• CySEC Basic or Advanced Certification is preferable
• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, investments and CFD products.
• Previous experience in dealing, trading, brokerage, risk or financial services environment will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work shifts, if required.
