Junior Dealer / Dealing Desk Analyst

Our client is an International Brokerage and they are currently looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Dealer to join our dealing desk team. The role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career in trading, risk management, or financial markets, who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic forex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor clients’ trading activity in real time to ensure proper execution and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in identifying, analysing, and managing trading risks, including exposure and potential irregular trading behaviour.
• Support the dealing desk in trade execution, position monitoring.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on clients’ trading patterns, P&L, and risk exposure.
• Escalate unusual or suspicious activity to senior dealers or risk managers.
• Stay up to date with market events, economic news, and trading trends relevant to FX and CFDs.
• Collaborate with other departments (compliance, operations, support) to ensure smooth handling of client accounts.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and risk management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good numerical and Excel/reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude.
• Prior exposure to forex/CFD trading platforms is an advantage.

Employment structure: 

• The role is fully remote and not tied to any office location as the client does not have a dedicated office or presence in Cyprus . 
• The successful candidate will be working on a self-employed basis and will be paid monthly by invoicing the company.

Salary 

• From 2,500 to 3,500 Euros gross monthly 
• No additional benefits.

Working hours 

Working hours are from 16:00 to 01:00 (CY time) Monday to Friday, as services are provided to an office located in Central America.
