Job Overview
Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Financial Services Company with offices in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Retention Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner
- Handle client inquiries and ensure that high level service is provided
- Perform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required
- Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures
- Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary
Qualifications:
- Degree in a business-related field will be a plus
- At least 1 year previous experience in Retention or similar position in a financial services company is a must
- Fluency in English is a must
- Knowledge of French or Italian, will be considered an advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and innovative
- Self-motivated and target oriented
- Strong computer literacy
