On behalf of our client, an established international trading group, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Dealing (Chief Dealer) to lead and develop the dealing function from their office in Nicosia.

Position Overview

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing trading operations and risk management activities supporting the Group’s international business. The role includes full ownership of execution processes, exposure monitoring, and liquidity management across multiple trading platforms, with exposure to international markets, including the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the dealing team
• Oversee all trading operations, execution quality, and risk exposure
• Manage liquidity provider (LP) relationships, order routing, and execution processes
• Monitor and control exposure, slippage, and latency
• Configure trading instruments, spreads, swaps, and markups
• Prepare and present reports on risk, performance, and trading activity

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealing/trading role, including experience in a senior or leadership position
• Proven track record as a Head of Dealing / Senior Dealer within a multi-asset trading environment
• Strong knowledge of MT5, cTrader, and Centroid systems
• Solid understanding of risk management and execution practices
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Experience with international client flows, including MENA markets, will be considered an advantage
• Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly Gross Salary: €4,000 – €6,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Additional Benefits: 13th salary and performance-based annual bonus
