As we continue developing the “OurMall.eu“ brand and expanding our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and commercially minded Graphic Designer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.
 

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across the “OurMall.eu“ brand, website, social media channels and marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, UI/UX and development teams to turn ideas, campaigns and commercial objectives into clear, modern and engaging visual content.

This role is ideal for a designer who combines creativity with strong attention to detail and understands how visual design can support e-commerce, brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital graphics for social media, website banners, advertisements, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Create visual assets for product categories, seasonal campaigns, special offers and vendor promotions.
• Develop creative concepts that communicate the “OurMall.eu“ brand in a modern, clear and consistent way.
• Produce graphics in multiple sizes and formats for websites, social platforms and digital advertising.
• Support marketing campaigns with engaging visuals designed to increase awareness, engagement and conversion.
• Create presentations, brochures, banners, infographics and other corporate or marketing materials when required.
• Edit, retouch and optimize product and promotional images for digital use.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colours, imagery and overall visual identity.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into effective visual concepts.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers when graphic assets are required for the “OurMall.eu“ platform.
• Manage multiple design requests while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Organize and maintain reusable brand assets, templates and design files.
• Stay aware of current trends in e-commerce, social media and digital design while maintaining the company's own visual identity.

Qualifications – Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably within e-commerce, digital marketing, technology or a consumer-facing business.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital, advertising, social media and brand design work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating graphics for social media, digital campaigns and websites.
• Strong image editing, manipulation and retouching skills.
• Ability to take a brief or concept and develop it into a professional final design.
• Ability to adapt designs accurately across different formats and dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Ability to manage several assignments and work within deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Availability to work full-time from our Lagos, Nigeria office.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working with an e-commerce platform, online marketplace or retail brand.
• Experience with Figma, Canva or similar digital design tools.
• Basic experience with motion graphics, animation or short-form video content.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating graphics for paid social media and digital advertising campaigns.
• Understanding of basic UI/UX and web-design principles.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing international business.
