Our client, a leading provider of online foreign exchange (forex) trading, CFD trading and spread betting, is looking for a French Client Onboarding Specialist to join their team based in Nicosia. As a French Client Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for supporting clients’ trading and investing activities on the platform. You will work in an international environment, introducing traders and investors to a premium multi-asset platform. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer services (no investment advice).
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire onboarding process, from first contact to active trading
  • Assist in the collection of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation during the onboarding process
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering high-quality support and excellent service
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding our trading products and platform features
  • Assist clients with account management and platform navigation (no investment advice)
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications and activities for audit and regulatory reporting purposes
  • Collaborate closely with teams across London, New York, Cyprus, Sofia, Melbourne, and Hong Kong
  • Consistently meet and exceed team targets and KPIs
 

What You Bring:

  • Ideally, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree, preferably in finance or a related field
  • You communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, with excellent French (business fluent) and good English skills – both on the phone and via email
  • You have a passion for financial markets and solid foundational knowledge in this area
  • You enjoy working with clients and have a strong customer service orientation
  • You take pride in high-quality work, are proactive in learning new topics independently, and know when to ask the right questions
  • You are able to react quickly and solve problems in real-time
