Our client is an online broker in Limassol.  On their platform you are able to trade in more than 26 countries and you have access to 120 stocks worldwide. Clients can invest independently in shares, options, etc. They are looking to hire a Web Developer to join our growing marketing team in Limassol. This role is ideal for a creative and technical professional with 2+ years of experience who wants to make a significant impact in the fintech sector. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our web presence using Webflow, transforming designs into high-performing web pages while ensuring optimal visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new website pages based on Figma designs using Webflow
• Optimize website performance through code cleanup, structure improvements, and technical enhancements
• Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
• Optimize website content and structure for LLM indexing and AI-powered search results
• Maintain and improve the overall user experience through responsive design and performance optimization
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of visual concepts
• Monitor website analytics and implement data-driven improvements
• Ensure website compliance with financial services regulatory requirements
• Stay current with web development trends and emerging technologies in the fintech sector

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in web development
• Proven expertise in Webflow development and customization
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow's custom code capabilities
• Experience with SEO best practices and technical optimization
• Understanding of LLM optimization and AI search visibility strategies
• Proficiency in translating Figma designs into functional web pages
• Interest or experience in financial services/trading/investment sectors
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with marketing and design team

Working hours:

• The working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 (onsite role)
