On behalf of our client, an international Forex Broker with expanding operations in Cyprus (Nicosia), we are seeking to recruit a Senior Finance & Banking Manager to join their established and growing team.
 

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will manage the company’s treasury, banking, and PSP (Payment Service Provider) relationships. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliations of company and client accounts, overseeing cash flow management, preparing funding plans, and supporting both audit and financial reporting processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily bank and PSP reconciliations.
• Oversee funding to liquidity providers (LPs), margin calls, and settlements.
• Manage multi-currency cash flow, liquidity, and funding planning.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Accounting, and external auditors.
• Optimize transfer fees and streamline treasury operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in finance, treasury, or banking within a Forex or financial services company.
• Strong understanding of PSP operations, reconciliations, and multi-currency flows.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Based in Cyprus or open to relocation.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Gross Salary: €3,500 – €5,000 (depending on experience)
• Additional Benefits: 13th salary and annual performance bonus
