On behalf of our client, an international Forex Broker with expanding operations in Cyprus (Nicosia), we are seeking to recruit Junior Dealers (2 Positions) to join their dynamic trading team.
 

Position Overview:

The successful candidates will assist the dealing team in daily trading operations, including exposure monitoring, hedge execution, and price feed control. This role ensures platform stability and smooth execution across multiple trading systems, supporting the company’s 24/5 operations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor trading systems and liquidity feeds in real-time.
• Execute hedge trades and ensure accurate trade booking.
• Check and maintain symbol parameters, swaps, and spreads daily.
• Prepare end-of-day reconciliations and operational reports.
• Participate in shift rotation (morning/evening) to maintain 24/5 coverage.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous dealing experience within a brokerage environment is an advantage, though not essential.
• Strong interest in financial markets and trading operations.
• Familiarity with MT5 or cTrader platforms will be considered a plus.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Based in Cyprus or open to relocation.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Gross Salary: €1,800 – €2,500 (depending on experience)
• Additional Benefits: 13th salary and small night-shift allowance
