OurMall.eu is an exciting new online marketplace designed to connect buyers and sellers across Europe. We're building a platform that's intuitive, scalable, and business-friendly. To bring this vision to life, we're seeking a skilled E-commerce Platform Manager with proven experience in online marketplace development and operations.

As the E-commerce Platform Manager, you'll take full ownership of the platform's development and ongoing optimization. Acting as the key link between business strategy and technical execution, you'll manage the full lifecycle — from concept to post-launch growth.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in building and managing online marketplaces or e-shops, who understands how to align technology, design, and commercial objectives to create an engaging and profitable digital ecosystem.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development, launch, and continuous improvement of OurMall.eu.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, and priorities.
• Translate business goals into actionable development and operational plans.
• Apply deep knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace best practices to enhance performance, usability, and monetization.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensuring scalability, uptime, and strong user experience.
• Stay ahead of e-shop trends, marketplace technologies, and digital commerce innovations to guide platform evolution.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and risks while maintaining transparent communication with leadership.
• Drive platform optimization post-launch to ensure sustainable growth and engagement.

Qualifications – Must Have

• Minimum 3 years' proven experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or e-shop development.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace structures (vendor onboarding, payments, logistics, and user acquisition).
• Demonstrated experience in building or managing e-shops or online sales platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate between business and technical teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Availability to work from our offices in Limassol.

Nice to Have

• Experience in European or international marketplace operations.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, fulfillment systems, and e-commerce compliance.
• Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments.
