Business Development Manager (Arabic Market)
On behalf of our client, an international Forex Broker with expanding operations in Cyprus (Nicosia), we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager (Arabic Market) to drive the company’s growth across Arabic-speaking regions.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the MENA region by building and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and proprietary trading firms. This role focuses on achieving regional business growth targets while enhancing the brand’s presence through strategic partnerships and market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, onboard, and maintain new IB and affiliate partnerships.
- Drive business expansion across the GCC, Levant, and North Africa regions.
- Coordinate and execute localized marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at regional expos, industry events, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly KPIs in deposits, active clients, and revenue generation.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Forex / CFD industry.
- Existing network of IBs, affiliates, or prop trading firms across the MENA region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Based in Cyprus or open to relocation.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: €2,500 – €4,000/month (depending on experience)
- Commissions: 2–5%
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): €5,500 – €7,000/month
- Additional Benefits: 13th salary
