On behalf of our client, a well-established international trading group, we are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Dealer to join their growing team in Nicosia.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a driven dealing professional looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced international trading environment. The successful candidate will support daily trading operations, monitor exposure and execution activity, and contribute to the smooth running of the dealing function across multiple platforms and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor trading activity and support daily dealing operations
• Assist with execution quality, exposure monitoring, and risk control
• Manage and monitor order flow across trading platforms
• Support liquidity management and execution processes
• Configure trading instruments, spreads, swaps, and markups
• Monitor slippage, pricing, and trading performance
• Prepare internal reports related to trading activity and exposure
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes

Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years of experience in a dealing or trading role within the financial services industry
• Solid understanding of trading operations, execution, and risk management practices
• Experience with MT5, cTrader, and/or Centroid systems will be considered an advantage
• Motivated, energetic, and eager to grow within a dynamic trading environment
• Hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly Gross Salary: €3,500 – €4,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)
• 13th salary
