CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a provider of financial derivatives in the form of CFDs, Spreads Bets and Margined FX, we are seeking to recruit a CRM Specialist (Marketing Automation) to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a CRM Specialist, you will own and optimise customer journeys across multiple markets. You will develop data-driven lifecycle strategies, build personalised CRM campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to boost activation rates, retention, and long-term customer value. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 2+ years of experience in CRM, ideally gained working in the Forex, iGaming, and/or Fintech sectors. You will need to possess strong knowledge of CRM automation tools, and have a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex datasets. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the CRM strategy for assigned markets, managing end-to-end CRM plans and campaigns.
  • Build automated, multi-channel customer journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app) across onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, loyalty, and reactivation stages.
  • Design market and region-specific customer journeys tailored to localised client needs.
  • Develop segmentation based on trading activity, demographics, psychographics, and deliver hyper-personalised communications.
  • Track and analyse campaign results to identify client actions, drop-off points, and engagement trends based on the reporting.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve subject lines, journey paths, send times, CTAs, and messaging frameworks.
  • Use insights from testing and analytics to improve ROI and LTV.
  • Monitor dashboards, identify performance trends, and provide actionable insights linked to KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Tech, Analytics, and Content teams to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all CRM communications meet Forex industry regulations, GDPR requirements, and internal compliance standards.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM preferably in Forex, Gaming or Fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM automation tools (HubSpot, Customer.io, Omnisend etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent written communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
