Our client, a CySEC regulated and licensed Fintech Start-up based in Limassol is looking for a Compliance Assistant to join their growing team in Limassol. As a Compliance Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of regulatory and internal compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Monitoring: Audit day-to-day operations and maintain internal compliance registers (complaints, conflicts of interest).
• AML & KYC Support: Review high-risk client onboarding files and perform PEP/sanctions screening.
• Ad & Marketing Review: Inspect promotional materials and affiliate content to ensure compliance with CySEC standards.
• Regulatory Reporting: Help compile data for periodic CySEC filings and annual compliance reports.
• Policy & Rule Tracking: Monitor CySEC/ESMA circulars, review legal documents and help update internal compliance manuals.
• Whatever related is requested by the Company's Management.

Requirements:

• Holder of the CySEC Advanced Certificate and CySEC AML Certificate.
• University Degree preferably in Law, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience: 1+ years in a CIF or financial services compliance role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated skills in Regulatory Compliance, with the ability to understand and apply relevant CySEC and EU regulatory requirements.
• Effective Communication skills.
• Understanding of Finance and financial markets
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., MS Office) and comfort working with digital documentation and reporting systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Limassol, collaborate within a diverse team, and manage multiple tasks in a regulated environment.
