1. Purpose

This policy applies to all:

  • Candidates who share personal and professional information with us.
  • Clients who provide company, business, and role-related information.
  • Employees, contractors, and representatives of FxCareer.eu across all our offices (Cyprus, UK, UAE, Nigeria, and India).

3. Candidate Confidentiality

  • Candidate CVs, personal data, and professional details will only be shared with potential employers with the candidate’s prior consent.
  • We will not disclose candidate information to third parties unrelated to the recruitment process.
  • Personal data will be processed in line with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, DIFC DP Law, NDPR, etc.).
  • We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure all candidate information.

4. Client Confidentiality

  • Information about vacancies, hiring strategies, salary structures, or internal processes provided by clients will be treated as strictly confidential.
  • Such information will only be shared with vetted candidates and only to the extent necessary for the recruitment process.
  • We will not disclose client details to competitors or other third parties without explicit consent.

  • We comply with international and local data protection regulations in every jurisdiction where we operate.
  • Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the recruitment purpose, after which it will be securely deleted.

  • The candidate or client has given explicit written consent.

7. Breach of Confidentiality

Any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information by employees, contractors, clients, or partners may result in disciplinary action, contract termination, and/or legal proceedings.
