CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm with regional operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing the company’s growth strategy, managing local partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue growth across Asia, the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), and Africa. Our client is seeking applicants who possess an in-depth understanding of the region’s Forex/CFD market, competitive landscape, and client acquisition strategies, with established relationships with IBs, affiliates, traders, and financial institutions in the region. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, and excellent bonus scheme.


Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan to expand the company’s presence in the region, identifying new business opportunities, and driving market penetration.
  • Building and managing a high-performing funnel, acquiring IBs, affiliates, and partners, and driving client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ensuring the company operates within the market's legal and regulatory framework, liaising with local authorities and maintaining necessary licensing requirements.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute localized marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand and attract traders.
  • Coordinating with global teams to streamline operations, including compliance, finance, IT, and customer service.
  • Analysing market trends, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing regular reports to senior management on business performance.

Key Skills/Experience: 
  • In-depth understanding of the region’s Forex/CFD market, competitive landscape, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Established relationships with IBs, affiliates, traders, and financial institutions in the region.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and team management.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with Forex trading platforms (MT4, MT5) and digital marketing strategies for client acquisition.
